This is my first message to you Marines and I just want to say thanks. My brother is a commisioned officer in the Marines and is on his second deployment with 3rd Battalion 8th Marines in Ramadi. Not only do I look up to him, but to all of you guys as well who fight for our country. I was thinking about joining the Marines but looked at other jobs out there and decided to pursue becoming a police officer instead. Anyway keep up the good work guys and be safe.

Our country needs to have its own shores policed by good policemen. One day you will train with Marines. Most of the police departments do exchanged training with the country's police force. The United Staes Marine Corps. I salute your brother and you sir.
